• VAT (value added tax) is 20%
• All purchases made from the European Union (EU) are Zero Rated.
• All purchases made from Rest of the World (RoW) are Zero Rated for VAT. For example the USA, Canada, Japan, China, Russia, Brazil, India are all Zero rated. 
• For Zero Rated countries VAT will be deducted prior to checkout.

Customs, VAT & Import Duty 

If you are purchasing from outside of the United Kingdom, you are able to shop VAT Free - upon checkout and filling in your shipping details your basket will automatically update to deduct VAT.

For all orders outside of the United Kingdom, please note that your order may be subject to import duty which must be paid by you on receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government.

Tracking your order:

Your order can be tracked by viewing your order summary in My Account.

Within your order dispatch confirmation email, you will receive a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier.
